It was implemented in two interlinked phases. The first phase focused on capacity building for the Haqqi Awrath Association team by strengthening institutional management, planning, and operational implementation skills. This contributed to improving internal efficiency, decision-making mechanisms, and organizational sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second phase involved the implementation of a community-based project entitled <strong>\u201cUnity Kitchen\u201d<\/strong> in Hawch Al-Snaid area, adjacent to the association\u2019s center.
